This year, the company’s success was once again acknowledged with a Golden Brand award. In this exclusive interview, Franco Fontana’s Director, Maka Razmadze, discusses the brand’s vision for the future and its goal of remaining not only a jewelry brand, but also a part of people’s style, emotions and everyday lives.”

Q. Franco Fontana has once again won the Golden Brand award. How does the brand manage to maintain its leadership position and remain one of the most sought-after jewelry houses in Georgia year after year?

A. For us, this award is both a special recognition and a great responsibility. Maintaining a leadership position is not achieved through quality alone — it requires continuous development, listening closely to customer needs and staying focused on innovation. At Franco Fontana, it is important not only to offer exceptional jewelry, but also to create an experience, an emotion and a sense of trust that is built over the years.

Q. Today, Franco Fontana is no longer just a jewelry store — it represents style, emotion and even a “friend” to many women in Georgia. How did the brand develop such a unique identity in the local market?

A. From the very beginning, our goal was to create a space where women would come not only to purchase jewelry. We wanted Franco Fontana to become a brand connected to women’s everyday stories, meaningful moments and emotions. We believe this sincere relationship and closeness to our customers is what created such a special connection.

Q. Italian jewelry traditions have always been associated with elegance and artistry. How does Franco Fontana combine this Italian sophistication with modern lifestyles and everyday trends?

A. The true charm of Italian design lies in its timelessness — it never loses relevance. We strive to combine classic elegance with modern elements and contemporary needs. As a result, we create collections that are both sophisticated and naturally suited to everyday style.

Q. Franco Fontana constantly renews its collections and introduces new pieces to customers. Tell us about some of the latest developments.

A. Innovation is extremely important to us and we are constantly working on introducing new collections and directions. Recently, we presented updated designs, trend-focused lines and new brands that reflect the style and diverse tastes of the modern woman. We want every visit to Franco Fontana to feel like a new discovery.

This year, two exclusive brands — Patrosi and Jordini — joined our space, making our jewelry selection even more diverse and impressive. These collections stand out for their unique designs and the refined details that give each piece its own distinctive character.

Q. It is often said that jewelry is more than just an accessory — it reflects a person’s individuality and mood. How does Franco Fontana embrace this idea through its collections?

A. We completely share this philosophy. Jewelry is far more than just a detail — it is a form of self-expression. That is why our collections are so diverse, ranging from refined classics to bold, contemporary designs. We want every woman to find a piece that reflects her personality and emotions.

Q. Over the years, Franco Fontana has gained many loyal customers. How would you describe your typical customer and their lifestyle?

A. Our customers are diverse, but they share one important quality — they appreciate craftsmanship, details and personal style. They are people who value aesthetics, lead active lifestyles and consider elegance an essential part of everyday life.

Q. Which trends and design directions are currently receiving the most attention from your customers?

A. Recently, minimalist designs, layering pieces, refined shapes and jewelry that blends effortlessly into everyday style have become especially popular. At the same time, customers are also drawn to distinctive and individual designs that add a unique character to their personal style.

Q. When speaking about success, how would you describe Franco Fontana’s journey in Georgia and what is your vision for the brand’s future development?

A. Franco Fontana’s journey in Georgia has been defined by continuous growth and development. Over the years, we have earned the trust of our customers, which is our greatest achievement. Looking ahead, we plan to continue introducing new ideas, expanding our collections and creating experiences that bring customers even closer to the brand. Our goal is for Franco Fontana to remain not only a jewelry brand, but also a part of people’s style, emotions and everyday lives.
