Founded by a team of engineers with international experience, the company has become a recognized market leader. Its achievements were recently honored with the Golden Brand award in the “MEP Systems” category. We spoke with the General Director and Co-founder of Imposti MEP Vako Kuvshinov about what this recognition means, the challenges facing Georgia’s engineering industry and how the company is responding to modern technological trends.

Q. What does the Golden Brand award in the “MEP Systems” category mean to you, and what path led the company to this recognition?

A. The award is a recognition of the many years of hard work and dedication by our entire team. For us, the focus has always been on continuous improvement, quality and implementing international standards in the engineering industry. This vision guided us in building a company that stands out in the market for reliability, innovation and high professional standards.

Q. Imposti MEP is positioned as a full-service engineering provider. What was your vision when founding the company and what challenges did you aim to address in the Georgian market?

A. Our main vision was to create an engineering company that could provide clients with complete and comprehensive MEP services, from design to installation.

In Georgia, there were often challenges with poorly coordinated planning and execution of different engineering systems. Our goal was to solve this problem by offering integrated, optimal engineering solutions.

Q. Your team includes both Georgian and foreign engineers with international experience. How does this multicultural expertise impact project quality and approach?

A. Yes, our team combines Georgian and foreign specialists, allowing us to bring international expertise to the Georgian market.

Engineering solutions must fully comply with legal standards while also meeting the client’s specific needs, as each building is unique. The experience of foreign engineers helps us plan innovative solutions and implement best practices in Georgia.

One of our standout projects is a UEFA Category III stadium, where engineering works are carried out in full compliance with UEFA regulations and use 3D modeling.

Q. Today, comfort, safety and cost optimization are especially important for clients. How do your engineering solutions deliver results in these areas?

A. Our engineering solutions are designed to maximize comfort, safety and cost efficiency. Every project begins with a detailed analysis to ensure systems are energy-efficient, reliable, and tailored to the client’s needs.

Heating, cooling and ventilation systems provide comfort, while fire safety systems ensure protection. Our company equips buildings with complete engineering systems, guaranteeing comfort and safety.

Additionally, every solution we implement is designed to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Q. Imposti MEP actively implements new technological standards. What innovations or technological trends do you consider transformative in the MEP field today?

A. We believe energy-efficient technologies are currently transformative in the MEP sector. Solutions must be innovative, energy-efficient and comfortable for the user.

Our organization provides design and installation services for central heating systems, including for residential complexes. Centralized solutions are especially important for multi-apartment buildings, where a unified engineering approach reduces technical risks and ensures stable system performance.

Q. Energy efficiency, green technologies and smart buildings are key trends for 2026. How is your company responding to these global trends and what role do you see for Georgia?

A. Our goal is to implement international standards, which not only improves the quality of installed systems but also contributes to market development and sustainable infrastructure.

We are introducing the Water Mist System – an innovative, modern, efficient and environmentally safe fire protection system.

Q. You provide design, installation and coordination with administrative authorities under one system. Why is the “one-stop engineering service” model effective for businesses?

A. The “one-stop engineering service” model is effective because a single company manages the entire cycle, from design to installation and post-installation service.

This accelerates project execution and reduces the risk of errors. Clients benefit from working with a single team that knows the project in detail and is fully accountable for the results.

Q. Quality assurance and occupational safety are critical to your work. What internal standards and control mechanisms ensure these principles are upheld on site?

A. We have strict internal standards based on international best practices and national legislation to ensure quality and safety.

Every project undergoes phased and regular monitoring to verify both quality and occupational safety. Additionally, our staff receive continuous training on safety procedures.

Q. Engineering systems can be complex and costly. How does Imposti MEP help partner companies save time and resources?

A. Despite strict requirements, Imposti MEP helps partner companies save time and costs by providing a full engineering cycle from design to installation. Integrated solutions reduce errors and streamline processes, saving both time and financial resources.

Q. Finally, what is your long-term vision? How do you see Imposti MEP and Georgia’s engineering industry evolving in the coming years?

A. We see great potential in Georgia’s engineering industry. Our goal is to implement modern practices, improve quality and support the market’s development.

We believe that approaches based on international standards and technological progress will strengthen Georgia’s engineering sector and create modern, safe and energy-efficient infrastructure.
