In this interview, Director Archil Kacheishvili discusses how the company is navigating a shifting market, what clients expect today and why precision and adaptability are becoming the defining factors of success.
Q. What does long-term recognition – such as winning the Golden Brand award multiple times in the “Facing Materials” category – mean for Allstone?
A. For us, long-term recognition represents the continuous validation of customer trust and, at the same time, a responsibility to uphold that standard every single day. Leadership is built primarily on a commitment to quality, the introduction of innovative materials and technologies, and most importantly, delivering services that are tailored to our customers’ needs.
Q. How has the natural stone market in Georgia changed over the past year – has demand for premium materials increased, or have consumers become more price-oriented?
A. Over the last year, the market has become more diversified. We are simultaneously seeing growth in the premium segment while price-sensitive demand remains strong.
Demand for premium materials has particularly increased in high-end residential and commercial projects, where design and quality are critical. At the same time, mass consumers remain highly price-sensitive, effectively dividing the market into two main segments.
Success today belongs to companies that can balance both directions – offering optimal combinations of quality and price while maintaining flexibility and efficiency.
Q. How does Allstone respond to these diverse market demands?
A. Our operational model allows us to handle large-volume orders with speed, maintain consistent quality and respond flexibly to customer requirements. This balance is essential in today’s market, where expectations are high across all segments.
Q. What are the key trends in the natural stone industry today?
A. In Georgia, high-precision processing of natural stone is becoming increasingly in demand, especially in premium and commercial projects.
Architects and developers are now paying close attention not only to the quality of materials but also to processing accuracy, texture and the perfection of details, all of which define the final visual outcome.
This trend is clearly visible globally as well – modern technologies significantly enhance processing precision and enable more complex, customized solutions. Today, high-quality processing is no longer an added advantage; it is a market requirement.
Q. What products does Allstone offer and which are most popular?
A. We offer a wide range of materials, including travertine, marble, granite, quartz, porcelain and mosaic tiles.
Travertine is particularly popular for exterior applications, while the other materials are mainly used in interior design projects.
Q. How do the needs of developers, architects and private clients differ?
A. Developers are typically focused on price, volume and timelines. They need efficient delivery for large-scale projects.
Architects prioritize design and details – form, texture, color and finishing precision are critical for them.
Private clients, on the other hand, often seek individuality and premium quality, frequently requesting complex and unique designs.
Allstone’s strength lies in our ability to meet these diverse demands quickly and without compromising on quality.
Q. Can you tell us about recent and ongoing projects?
A. We have recently completed work on the Telegraph Hotel project. At the moment, we are actively engaged in negotiations on several new projects, though I would prefer not to disclose details at this stage.
Q. Are there any upcoming developments at Allstone?
A. Very soon, we will open our new showroom, where customers will have the opportunity – for the first time in Georgia – to explore our latest innovative products, available exclusively at Allstone.
Q. What sets Allstone apart from its competitors?
A. Our key competitive advantage in the Georgian market is full control over every stage of production. This ensures the highest quality materials, exceptional precision and the ability to deliver innovative products.
At the same time, we continuously focus on customer-oriented service, which strengthens trust and reinforces our leadership position.
Q. What is Allstone’s strategy for 2026?
A. Our strategy for 2026 is centered on innovative products, expanding with new showrooms in the regions and further strengthening our leadership in both quality and service.
