Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Inventor entered the Georgian market through an exclusive partnership with the local company Gios. Since then, the brand has focused on offering premium climate solutions adapted to local conditions, from diverse weather patterns to consumer demand for multifunctional home and office systems.
The company’s growing presence in the country was recently highlighted when Inventor was named No.1 Golden Brand in the Heating, Cooling, Conditioning category. In an interview, the company’s director Giorgi Kandelaki says the recognition validates the brand’s strategy in Georgia and outlines its next phase: expanding energy-efficient product lines, strengthening after-sales service and integrating AI-assisted technologies designed to simplify climate control for users.
Q. Inventor is a European brand with a long history. How and when did it enter the Georgian market, and what motivated that move?
A. Inventor entered the Georgian market exclusively through the company Gios at a time when demand for high-quality and energy-efficient climate technology was rising sharply. Georgia proved strategically attractive due to its rapidly growing construction sector and diverse climate conditions. Our main motivation was to offer Georgian consumers a premium-standard product that could be adapted to local needs and expectations.
Q. What distinguishes the Georgian market and what were the biggest challenges when establishing the brand locally?
A. The Georgian market is largely built on loyalty. Consumers tend to trust companies that demonstrate stability and reliability over time. The biggest challenge was introducing a relatively lesser-known brand in a competitive environment. We gained that trust through a strong sense of responsibility, an individual approach to each customer and clear, transparent communication.
Q. Inventor recently won the Golden Brand award in the Heating, Cooling, Conditioning category. What does this recognition mean for the company?
A. The Golden Brand award is recognition of the work our team has invested over the years. For business development, it acts as a mark of quality that helps strengthen communication with new customers. It also confirms that our management approach and strategy are moving in the right direction. At the same time, the recognition is an additional source of motivation for us to continue improving our products and services every day so that we fully meet customer expectations.
Q. Inventor often emphasizes comfort and safety as core principles. How is that reflected in the company’s products?
A. Our primary objective is to ensure maximum comfort and safety. This is reflected both in the quality of the products and in their design. Our systems are equipped with the latest air-purification technologies and ionizers, which help create a healthier indoor environment. In our relationship with customers, this philosophy means we are not simply selling equipment – we are providing a healthy microclimate.
Q. Energy efficiency and environmental responsibility are major trends in the HVAC sector. How does Inventor address them?
A. Today, energy efficiency is essential. Our systems are designed to meet the highest standards, including A+++ efficiency ratings and they use environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R32 and R290. Inventor continuously updates its product lines with technologies that minimize energy consumption. Smart solutions, such as Wi-Fi control, also allow users to manage their systems more efficiently and reduce resource use.
Q. How does the Georgian consumer differ from customers in European markets?
A. Georgian consumers are very attentive to detail and often make decisions based on recommendations from friends or acquaintances. Compared with many European markets, there is also a stronger demand for multifunctional products, systems that solve several needs at once. Inventor’s product range aligns well with this expectation.
Q. Innovation is a key part of the technology sector. How does Inventor manage innovation?
A New ideas typically emerge where a problem needs to be solved. Our engineers constantly analyze global industry experience and technological developments. At Inventor, innovation means translating complex engineering into simple user experiences. Sophisticated technology should ultimately become comfort that is achieved with the press of a single button.
Q. What role does after-sales service play in your strategy?
A. Technical specifications alone are not enough. What truly differentiates companies is their support after the sale. Our priority is fast response and the availability of spare parts. Customers know that if an issue arises, we stand by them and provide qualified assistance around the clock to resolve any problem quickly and efficiently. Our service model is also evolving alongside new technologies. For example, we now offer AI-assisted support, which helps simplify and improve communication with customers.
Q. Looking ahead, where do you see Inventor in the next five to ten years?
A. Our goal is continuous innovation and the introduction of high-quality products aligned with evolving market trends. We are focused on creating solutions tailored to the needs of consumers, which includes improving existing product lines and developing entirely new ones.
In the near future, we see Inventor’s growth driven primarily by technological progress and the integration of artificial intelligence. Our focus will be on greater automation and integrated systems that enable real-time data management and analysis, making decision-making faster and more efficient while further strengthening the brand’s position in the market.
