Chupa

Chupa tells the journey of a young boy named Alex as he travels from Kansas City to Mexico, searching for his family roots. The journey also brings the two closer together and discover more about their friendship as Alex learns valuable lessons about loyalty, bravery, and believing in yourself. It captures the perfect bond between man and animal and how friendship can conquer anything.

War Sailor

Originally a theatrical movie, War Sailor will debut on Netflix as a three-part limited mini-series with additional never-before-seen footage. The series will tackle and cover real-life stories about Norwegian merchant sailors and how they lived their lives with their families during and after World War II.
The series follows the lives of Alfred Garnes and Sigbjørn Kvalen as they face the harsh realities of war as unarmed civilians. The two men find themselves thrust into a conflict they never asked to be a part of, and they must do whatever it takes to survive.
Meanwhile, Alfred’s wife Cecilia is left to raise their three children in Bergen. The burden of caring for a family while her husband is away at war is heavy, and Cecilia must face her own set of challenges and hardships. This new dark comedy from A24 Studios features the dynamic duo of Steven Yeun and Ali Wong. The movie centres on two very different people, Danny and Amy, who meet during an unfortunate road rage incident.
Danny is a contractor currently struggling with finance, and Amy is a total boss lady who’s made it on her own and has a perfect life; at least, that’s what she makes it look like. After the road rage incident, their “beef” intensifies, and they get consumed by their feud, which severely affects their personal lives. Their fight escalates, things get seriously out of hand, and their lives become entwined.
As the series goes on, their relationship gets even more complicated, with their actions affecting their families and friends. The show tackles some heavy themes, like anger and envy, but with a ton of dark humour thrown in for good measure.
IRL: In Real Love

This reality series is a social experiment with four eligible singles. IRL – In Real Love! is a dating reality show hosted by Rannvijay Singha and Gauahar Khan. Directed by Tanya Bami, the series tries to figure out what happens when traditional dating meets digital dating.
The four eligible singles make connections and take each other out on dates. They also have fun with each other in multiple groups, such as dancing, playing Holi together and more. The show gives its contestants a chance to explore love while also offering to the viewer’s plenty of drama.
Transatlantic

Prepare to witness this incredible new true story that tells the story of Varian Fry. He was a journalist that arrived in France during World War II and is working with the Emergency Rescue Committee, a group dedicated to helping specifically artists and writers who fled the Nazi occupation and putting them in a safe haven in America.
Fry is joined by an American heiress named Mary Jayne Gold, and they soon find themselves hiding in a French villa and trying to escape the Nazis as they try to save artists from being captured. Some of Europe’s most prominent artists include Max Ernst, Marcel Duchamp, and Marc Chagall. The series will look at the valiant efforts made by Fry to save these Jewish refugees, which soon earned him the honour of being the first American Righteous Among the Nations” by Yad Vashem in the Holocaust Museum.

Nick and Audrey, the two full-time detectives, have been struggling to build their private eye agency after the first movie’s events, but despite their best efforts, they barely earn enough to get by. Nick and Aubrey find themselves investigating the case and soon realise that this is no ordinary abduction, as the kidnappers are found to be part of an international underground organisation with links to the criminal world. These workers include helicopter flight nurses, transplant surgeons, paramedics, pediatric trauma surgeons and neurosurgeons, who all risk their lives daily to help those in need. This docuseries is a spin-off of the critically acclaimed documentary “Lenox Hill,” created and directed by Adi Barash and Ruthie Shatz.

Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King

This Japanese animated film is based on the Black Clover manga series created by Yūki Tabata. It tells the story of a boy named Asta, who doesn’t possess any magical capabilities in a world where magic is everything, and his rival Yuno, who is a mage chosen by the 4-leaf Grimoire. Both of them have fought several powerful enemies in a bid to prove that their power is enough to make them the “Wizard King.”
The only problem is that the previous Wizard Kings of the past are preventing them from achieving their ultimate goal. One of these last Wizard Kings is Conrad Leto, Julius Novachrono’s predecessor. He was a respected leader by the Clover Kingdom until he rebelled and, as punishment, was sealed away. When resurrected, he also brings back three more Wizard Kings from the past to take over the kingdom – unless Asta and Yuno can stop them. Directed by Ayataka Tanemura and produced by Pierrot.
Kill Boksoon

Skilled assassin Gil Boksoon is regarded as one of the best. A mother to a teenage daughter named Jae-young, she struggles with parenthood despite being one of the top assassins in the world. When her contract at MK Ent. is up for renewal, she decides to retire and instead focus on her strained relationship with her daughter. Seeing this as a chance to renew her emotional connection to Jae-young, Gil excitedly accepts a final mission to complete before she retires.
However, during her last mission, she discovers a shocking secret about the organisation she works for and ends up breaking all the rules she religiously followed all these years. This sparks the ire of all hitmen, which could also jeopardise their operations and reveal themselves to the public. Boksoon soon discovers that her former colleagues and employers are after her, and the mother soon finds herself utilising her skills to defeat those who want to kill her and her daughter.

This is the remake of Allu Arjun’s rollicking 2020 Telugu hit Ala Vainkunthapurramuloo.The film stars Kartik Aryan and Kirti Sanon in the leads. Directed by Rohit Dhawan, the film also stars Manisha Koirala, Paresh Rawal, Ronit Roy and Sachin Khedekar. The music for the movie has been composed by Pritam. Kartik is also a co-producer of the film. The film did average business at the box office during its theatrical run.
Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat

Starring Alaya F and newcomer Karan Mehta, the musical romantic drama did not do all that well in its theatrical run. The film depicts two unrequited love stories that face social barriers. Vicky Kaushal appears in a special cameo role. The film is written and directed by Anurag Kashyap.
Amigos

Written and directed by Rajendra Reddy, Amigos stars Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Ashika Ranganath, Bhramaji, Saptagiri and others. Kalyan Ram acts in a triple role. The story is about three lookalikes who are incredibly different from each other and yet connected irrevocably by chance. The film did not do all that well in the theatres. Kalyan Ram’s previous film Bimbisara was a smashing hit.
Waco: American Apocalypse

This Netflix docuseries presents a historical look at what happened in Waco, Texas, in 1993. Presented in three nail-biting episodes, it details the entire standoff between the federal government authorities and cult leader David Koresh.
Taking place over a period of 51 days, the event leading to this conflict is now considered to be one of the biggest gunfights to take place on American soil since the events of the Civil War. It also ended in a fiery blaze, all of which was documented on national television and is also considered one of the biggest news stories of that period.
The release of this documentary coincides with the 30th anniversary of the tragedy and features various interviews and never-before-seen footage. The docuseries will also show stories from both sides, including one of Koresh’s spiritual wives and members of the ATF tactical team that saw one of their colleagues die in the rampage.

Love is Blind

Now on its fourth season, this Netflix reality show focuses on a group of single people looking for the love of their lives. With a unique take on a dating reality show, it lets this group of single men and women find love and get engaged, all while never meeting face-to-face.
In a span of 10 days, all 15 men and 15 women will talk in special pods where they can hear but not see each other. The participants can then decide if they want to marry the person if they’re ready, or they can choose to go on longer dates. The catch is that you will only meet each other in person once a marriage proposal is accepted. After the proposal, the wedding is then planned for the next four weeks. During this time, the couple will meet their families and learn more about each other as they prepare for the big day.

Actor Ranveer Singh and director Rohit Shetty. You don’t get bigger names in Bollywood than the duo. The hot-shot combo re-united for commercial family entertainer Cirkus, which is the first time Ranveer is doing an out-and-out comedy role along with playing a double role.
The film’s story is mostly about comedy of errors due to identity mistakes. Cirkus also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde, Siddhartha Jadhav, Johnny Lever, Sanjay Mishra, Vrajesh Hirjee, Vijay Patkar, Sulbha Arya, Mukesh Tiwari, Anil Charanjeett, Ashwini Kalsekar, and Murli Sharma.
